Oh No

It is fun on sand but it wasn't designed for bumps and rocks :/ it cracked a weak spot on the frame, i want to modify the back end to swivel sideways or something so it wont bend and twist the frame.

I don't think that articulation is the key, since it would be tough to engineer enough strength. Are the rear shocks too stiff? Can you just repair the cracked area and weld in some gussets for added strength?

so what should i do to the suspension? i go fast on the sand but there is rocks, little jumps, drops, and the back suspension only travels upward, its not like an individual suspension. and you can feel every rock when the rear wheels take a hit. the rear shocks are worn out

I am going to suggest changing the shocks to something higher end. These stock blaster shocks should be an improvement. My buggy suspension is similar on the rear. The shocks are not too stiff. The fronts could be better.

The screw on the bottom is the main jet, the one on the side is the high speed jet, and then one on the throttle shaft is the idle speed.

ok thanks! and if i want electricity and dont have a stator can i somehow put a dc motor or an altenator from a car?

IMHO cheaper/easier/faster to just put a battery somewhere and put it on a trickle charger every now and them.

That's what I do with my YZ400F dualsport conversion.

Doc has a good suggestion. Otherwise I would use a GM alternator.
