We have seen evidence of that reported here on the forum. Both the not recieving and the bait and switch.

Is this not where PomanzATV ordered from?
I can't comment on the vehicles with the mud and dirt caked on them but I wonder how much of this is some poor bugger ordering crates of Chinese goods, thinking he's getting model A, but ends up getting model A1, even though he's sold model A's already online. What to do? Send out the model A1 and hope for the best? Or tell your customer after a month waiting "I don't have any more now, just this one.." Either way you're screwed, according to the law cited in the these articles. ..and good luck suing the ATV Factory in China, they've now changed their name and no longer trade under 'ABC ATV Factory', they're now 'DEF ATV Factory.' ..and waynev, even Gio has a similar issue. He ordered the new 110cc Mini ATV (formally 50cc) and had the same photo up with dual exhaust and such, and he gets them and they are a bit different.(Single exhaust) He doesn't open the boxes so he has no idea untill it's in a customers garage (See PCD)..imagine if you sold 5,000 of them like that, then got sued for $20,000 a deal. OUCH. |

The good dealer/seller would attempt to make it right if a problem arises like that.
PomansATV ordered from someplace else. We haven't heard much from ATVd lately. For awhile they were big.

Who knows. They may have been affiliated somehow with budgetatvs. At least I only lost $10 with my mishap  . Overall I'm pleased with what I got. Runs like a top.
