Apscusa.com - Positive Overall
I do more online shopping than I should so maybe I have become a little spoiled with the amount of time it takes to get a tracking number or a shipping update. Order placed Dec 1 online after two no return calls, only update from them was when I called last week on Dec 6th, Greg said it would ship before Christmas. It is now Dec 12th with no reply to emails sent to both apscusa@gmail.com and Phmgr.apscusa@gmail.com . Maybe the non-communication is a sign they are very busy during the holidays? At this point, contemplating if I should cancel the order and go else where. I guess I will wait until Dec 14th and see if APSCUSA comes through. I was really hoping to deal sort of locally (ie. east coast vs west coast) to get some thing similar to this:

I think this may be the first "possible negative" on these guys.
In all reality, shooting 100% satisfaction is impossible for anyone and I think most accept that ratio but please keep us posted. Like you say, odds are they're swamped with the holidays. When I ordered my Rhino from SPS, she straight up told me on the phone that because of the holiday, it would take longer. It was at least nice to know in advance.... Again, please keep us posted.

I ordered from them on cyber Monday. My bike was supposed to ship on Wednesday and arrive Friday. It didn't, so the next week I called to check status. They said they could not get the carrier to pick up the bike and they were cancelling my order. It took over a week and a dispute to through the credit card company to get my refund.

I got an update today via email only saying the order has shipped. They must be really busy. I can understand that. Hopefully, all will go well from here forward. It is really scary to have that much money to go somewhere and not have that much communication for me. An update to their website from 3-5 days to 4-6 weeks on the shipping would go a long way with people like me to put aside their fears. I don't have a problem ordering from a company with a long shipping lead time as long as it is expected. If any of you order UBNT equipment you would understand the annual 3 month shipping wait from China.

New update. Got a call today out of the blue from the freight company SAIA to come pickup a freight package. Used a pickup truck to go get the scooter at the freight depot. Came 85% together, on two small pallets, with plastic bands holding the cardboard box on over the metal rusted-frame crate. Otherwise, did not see any signs of damage. Will take pictures this evening and post.

Here's the unpacking pictures as promised. I did find one crack in the back fender where the muffler is located, but otherwise arrived in good condition. Starting to put it together. I made some progress but will post some pictures of the finished scooter tomorrow when done.
