Swing arm bolt

I need to replace my swing arm bolt on my TBR7. Is that a DIY job. Or is it a find somewhere to have it done kind of job.

Mine was sloppy too 3800 miles running great.

I’ve orderd a bolt for a CSC. Tt250. It’s threaded on both sides
