Hawk250dlx fuel?air?spark? Problem

hey guys i’ve been having a battle with my 2022 hawk DLX the past 2-3 months. i can’t seem to get it running properly.

bike turns on and has a rough low idle. when given gas it either dies or bogs
(when is dies smoke comes out exhaust)

i’ve tried many different things and have replaced over $400+ worth of oem parts.

REPLACED:
air filter
fuel pump & assembly
throttle body
spark plug

TRIED:
compression test (155psi)
different gasolines/ additives
spark test(plenty of spark)
fuel pressure test(in spec)
pulled out the injector and it’s spraying fine.

The problem originally started when i was riding and it started sputtering/losing power so i took it home.

Anyone else have this problem? any solutions? i’m thinking it could possibly be ECU or piston sensor but i replaced piston position sensor about 700 miles ago.

any help is appreciated

Have you scrutinized your wiring harness for loose connections or exposed wire? How about the vacuum system. I would think you would show a check engine light if one of the sensors was bad. Have you adjusted the valves?

You checked so much, maybe you are right about the ECU. :(

You need to adjust the valves. These bikes come from the factory with little or no gap in the valves. Once the engine starts and warms up, the valves stop sealing and loose compression. Take my advise and stop throwing money at it. Yu can thank me later. lol
