Just remove the bearing and go to a local store to find the right bearings.

What part of the country are you in?

You can order them from Gio Direct, if all else fails. This is the product you need I assume.

The last thing you would want to do is purchase swing arm bushings from Giovanni. They are not good quality and are typical Chinese engineering. It would be better if you go to yellow pages and find a local bearing shop nearby.

I think that's fair, thought about that after I posted the link for the part.
I still don't know what part of the country you're in. I know in my former life I dealt with a lot of bearings (pilot in crankshafts) and also had some weird ones in our machines to fix at times, and we used a company called Cayman Bearings. Also the napa store used to special order them in for us. If you're in BC I would suggest them but otherwise, as some others have posted a bearing shop should be able to special order some. ...I also did see a Youtube video of some young guy beating on his Gio Hummer and he said he welded something in when his failed. Sounded like a 'farm' repair to me though. JUST WELD IT UP! |

There's a good chance that those bushes are the same as Honda use on some of their small bikes, eg. CG/CB125,CD175, etc. At least the Honda ones would have some decent rubber in them and last a bit longer. Perhaps a Honda spares distributor can help if you take the old ones in.
The generic name for them is "Metalastik bushes" sometimes also spelt "metalastic".
