Is the Newstar Enduro 200cc bike a durable/reliable starter bike?

I have not heard much good about the New Star line of anything they sell. I talk to other dealers from around the country weekly, a few have dealt with them for the other products that they sell {scooters & quads}, I'm told they have lousy parts support.
