Just two problems...first, it's not a "Brozz" as it doesn't have anything related to the Bashan Brozz (such as counter-balanced engine). secondly, it is not certified by the EPA/FMVSS.

I’d steer clear of alibaba. It’s basically a scam website. But there are some crazy deals on there
