Maryland questions
Hello all. Long time lurker finally made the plunge and bought a TBR 7 from mega motor madness. Should be here next week. My question is regarding the MCO, they offer notarizing for a fee should I pay it ahead of time and have it done? Also what others issues may I need to be aware of?

Welcome aboard! The MCO only needs to be notarized if your state requires it.

I’m in Maryland too I just ordered a hawk 250 dlx efi from Orionpowersports... now I’m worried the MCO won’t say motorcycle on it and it will say dirt bike. If the MCO say dirt bike on it then it’s very difficult to title it in Maryland I heard. I hope it all works out cause I sure did spend a chunk of cash on it....

The MCO should NOT say dirt bike for the DLX and it should have the manufacturer plates attached indicating its street legal status.
