Tank and throttle cable interference

Hello,

New to this so bare with me. Recently purchased a new Hawk 250 and decided to start on mods. Items installed this weekend are JFG 788 powercore 2 exhaust, Nibbi coil, NGK Iridium plug, Nibbi PE28FL carb and a cdi box. Here’s my problem…tank is pushing down on throttle cable which is pulling up on the sleeve and increasing the idle.
I’ve searched for any similar questions, but couldn’t find anything.
