Tbr7 headlight
Hi all, chris here, I have a 2020 tbr7, it has a headlight with the h6 bulb in it. It is terrible.
I'd like an easy way to upgrade it to a more powerful h4? Bulb. I have read that the new tbr7 And hawks have this bulb. Can I replace the inside reflector only for one that accepts the H4 bulb? (larger diameter hole for bulb). And if so where do I get that reflector? Should Drop right in? And which h4 LED bulb are people using? Thank you Christopher |

2020 tbr7 head Light
Hi all 2020 tbr7. I forgot to add that I did upgrade the stock headlight bulb with a led build
The only ones available for plug and go were a p51 led bulb, although better still very inadequate. I also have 2 eBay spotlights mounted next to the headlight housing. They help a little, but only project about 20 feet. Those spots are wired into the high beam circuit, they come on with the highbeam. I'd like to upgrade to a h4 bulb which from what I understand is the brightest you can get (40000?) Lumens, as opposed to 1100-1500? I have now. I've checked PARTSKIT for a HAWK chrome reflective housing with the larger hole for the h4 bulb. Can't find it, I know ill have to rewire connection. If I can find just that piece, can I just order that from somewhere, and will it install just like the original?. I can't ride my bike at night, I have inadequate light, unsafe. Christopher |
