need help finding correct brake shoes..

I'll attach a picture.. but i have NO IDEA what this bike is, or even if all the parts on it came from the same bike.
everything is working fine, but the brakes. I would love to get new shoes, but that is a task that is proving difficult, without knowing the model number or make of the bike..

so here are the dimensions of the current brake shoes:

Front:
Height: 3.3" (83.82mm)
Width: 3.3" (83.82mm)
Installed width: 3.46" (87.88mm)
Depth: .8" (20.3mm)
Front drum ID is 90mm

i've now ordered a 80mm (diameter) set that were too small , and a 90mm set that was too big.

any help would be appreciated.

How do you know those will work? I looked at the link and I didn't see any kind of technical information
