Lifting the GY-5?

Have you guys lifted the front or rear end of yours?

I saw you can put more tension on the monoshock but that won't get it any higher, just make it stiffer. I'm wanting the front and rear HIGHER.

Ya'll done it?

lol, no I'm 6'3" as well. I would just like to get it up to the heights my Yamaha YZ 125 is. The seat height is about 4-5" higher and I like it alot.

Any idea why our gy5 didn't come with the front fork guards?

(It's cool to find other "weirdo's" to chat with about these underdogs)

whoa whoa whoa.. its chuck norris's bday today!! respect the chuck!!

your gy5 didnt come with fork guards because out of all of them i've only seen that the t-motorsports gy5's come with them (one of the reasons i went with theirs....)

Ain't gonna get that bike any higher without some sort of suspension extensions which you'd have to find for an old Honda or fab yourself...
