Spokes and brake question

So I'm a little late to the party on this one, but i just checked my spokes for the first time.
Front tire, most rang when struck, snugged up the few that didn't. All good.

Rear tire: every single spoke thuds, no ring nowhere.

So before the ogre goes and ruins my rear tire, I have some questions.

Should I put the bike on the lift?
Would it be normal for every rear spoke to be off after 300ish miles?
If I really need to tighten every spoke, whats the best way? (I'm scared to overtighten and pretzel the tire I can't replace right now)

Also, front brake issue.
Twice now after a hard impact (first time comming down from a wheelie, second time I fell over in the mud... both funny) my front brake has taken several pumps (2 or 3) to tighten up and work. I've checked axle, and caliper bolts all are tight. What else could cause that?

Brozz recon if that makes a difference.

Thanks as always guys!
