Loncin Kids ATV

I have a Loncin kids ATV, I think it's 76cc. I put a new AGM battery in it and everything was great, my kid rode it daily. Then all of a sudden it dies while riding. I can jump it no problem but then it runs and dies.

Battery has 12.6v but when cranking it drops down to 3v and the ATV will not start on its own. I'm at a loss and my kid is super bummed. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check battery cable connections and grounds.

Connections are good, I see there is a spot for an inline fuse on the Positive battery cable but there is no fuse. Not sure what is supposed to be there. Anyplace I can find a wiring diagram for this machine? Will get a pic of the VIN, etc.
