Aftermarket, Front Brake Rotor: EBC MD929D
I have verified the EBC, MD929D brake rotor is a perfect fit for the front wheel of the Zongshen RX3. This brake rotor fits the following motorcycles.
Front Wheel 98-02, Suzuki Burgman 250 99-02, Suzuki Burgman 400 I bought an Arashi, DBS016W brake rotor for my RX3. This brake rotor has eliminated my previous problems with a pulsing front brake. The Arashi brake rotor is very well manufactured, and is definitely superior to the stock, PSM brake rotor. Here are several photographs of the Arashi brake rotor mounted on the front wheel of my Zongshen RX3.

Here are several links to vendors selling the EBC and Arashi brake rotors.
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Front-LEFT-B...25.m3641.l6368 https://www.amazon.com/OE-Replacemen.../dp/B0038MP14C http://www.ebay.com/itm/EBC-Brakes-E...NYBo4k&vxp=mtr Make sure you order the correct brake rotor, which has 6 bolt holes. Some of the other model years of the Suzuki Bergman employ a front brake rotor with 5 bolt holes.

Ooooooooooo! I want one!...wait....two..... Nice find Spud! They're pretty inexpensive too.
Did you have to buy new bolts for it? I know the ones on they're very soft.

Exercising some caution, I managed not to strip the heads of the stock rotor bolts. However, I agree, the stock rotor bolts are somewhat soft. I have confirmed the brake rotor bolts for the first generation, 2007 Kawasaki KLR650, are a perfect match for the RX3 rotor bolts. These rotor bolts are also employed by the front wheel of my Zongshen ZS200GY-2.
Last year I bought the following, rotor bolt kit from Rocky Mountain ATV/MC. This kit contains 15 bolts for a price of $8.95. I have installed 6 of these bolts on the front wheel of my Zongshen Sierra 200, so I now have spare rotor bolts for both wheels of my RX3. https://www.rockymountainatvmc.com/p...olt-Kit?v=5617

Incidentally, the Arashi brake rotor is much lighter than the stock, PSM brake rotor. Therefore, I also managed to reduce somewhat the unsprung mass of the front wheel.

Excellent! Thank you for the bolt link, Spud!
Are you still using the EBC FA185 sintered front brake pads with this new rotor?

I stripped a couple of the stock rotor bolt heads when trying to transfer the stock rotor to the 19" wheel, and ended up buying another stock rotor, which wasn't a perfect fit. I tried other rotor bolts but they were not compatible. Was there any reason, besides price, for ordering the Arashi instead of the EBC rotor? jb

Yes, I am still using the Neutron, XR650L/CRF250X/EBC FA185 brake pads. These front brake pads fit my two Honda motorcycles as well as my Zongshen RX3. I did not install new brake pads with the new Arashi brake rotor; I kept the same Neutron brake pads I had been using with the stock rotor. The rotor is wearing evenly with the old FA185 brake pads, so all is well.

Price was the main reason I ordered the Arashi, DBS016W brake rotor instead of the EBC, MD929D brake rotor. After doing much research, I was pretty confident the Suzuki, Burgman brake rotor would fit. However, I could not be positive the fitment was good until I actually installed the brake rotor. Therefore, I was inclined to purchase the least expensive brake rotor. However, my research told me other riders liked the quality of the Arashi brake rotors. Also, being a typical China Rider, I am frugal. After installing the Arashi brake rotor and riding with it for over 500 miles, I can report I am very satisfied with its quality and performance. I'm sure the EBC, MD929D brake rotor is also excellent, and I'm glad it is available for those who prefer it over the Arashi brand.
