Motored Rex 110 Oil Leak

We just picked up the mototec Rex. There’s a leak coming from what appears to be the seal in the oil cap. The ring seems lose or maybe it wasn’t tightened enough. I pulled it out and the top fell off. Looking to see if there’s any good replacements? Thanks!

Also if I tighten the one that’s on there it seems to tighten then go through a thread and be lose again. Hoping to find a quality oil cap that’ll fit.
