Need Help Identifying a Bike (think it a Vader that looks like a Razkull)

Hi Guys,

As the title suggests, I need a little help identifying a bike I am looking at picking up from a local seller.

At first I thought the bike was an SSR Razkull because it has the Ducati Trellis style frame but the Trellis bars are black not red. Upon closer inspection thou I noticed that it is not wearing any SSR decals and has Vader style wheels, mirrors, front fender, side fairing below the seat and foot peg mounting area. The cylinder and head are also silver whereas the SSR comes with those in black. I though perhaps it was an Ice Bear lil Monster. The seller provided me a copy of title which lists the manufacturer as JBLC and the VIN starts with L2BBFACG1Gxxxxxxx which pulls up the manufacturer as Jiangsu Baodiao Locomotive Co Ltd. This eliminated Ice Bear as their VIN's start with L37. If I am not mistaken Jiangsu Baodiao Locomotive Co Ltd
Manufacturer Address:
is the company who manufactures the Vader for Boom. The cylinder is marked 127cc.

Can someone please tell me if I am indeed looking at a Boom Vader and if so what model is it?

Thanks Guys
