Honda to re-release their Z50 "Monkey Bike"
Apparently the powers that be at Honda in Japan are throwing down the challenge that has been thrown at them from China and are bringing back the Z50--no, not a Lifan, nor a Hongda but an actual Honda Z50! The article is from a British motorcycle magazine, which states that there are no plans to release it there, and I assume the same for N. America, too.
An interesting tidbit is that this 48cc engine will be fuel-injected! The downside is the estimated price for one--you could probably supply a whole team of Shriners on Chinese "clones" for the price of one of these ones... http://www.motorcyclenews.com/MCN/Ne...k-monkey-bike/ |

Just imagine... going 14 hrs at 19mph and only use a gallon of fuel!
