Here are fork brace material dimensions
This is how much fork brace you can get from 12" x 2.25" x 1/8" aluminum. It looks a little tight, but I rode it in heavy mud all day with no problems. I actually kind of like the minor scraping action. (This is a 2021 TBR7-D.)

Looks about the same as my store bought fork brace. I was going to make one out of 1/8" aluminum as well until the one i have had became available. Looks good.
