k2

hi to all ...

so after lengthy consideration i bought a Kayo K2 ... weight height and length were priorities and of course price etc

anyway i knew prior to purchasing it i would need to adjust the suspension, which i thought i would just swop out the rear shock for something more suitable to my 90kg .... now i am only going to putter about on ATV trails and farm roads and easy single track etc so not talking catching big air on a MX track ...

so can any of you experts help a novice out by throwing some light on my issue

thanks in advance ... and any advice will be greatly appreciated

Your new bike isn’t common around here so you will need to do your own legwork figuring out its quirks .

The kayo is pretty decent with the stock suspension. For your weight, I'd just look into a new spring. Yo make up for it for the time being, ramp up the preload a bit. But remember, these aren't like street bikes. They allow a lot more sag and aren't sprung as stiffly to allow for more travel.
