DIY ethanol-free gas.
There are several videos on youtube about this:
It sounds like snake oil, but I tried it and it DOES work. As in the video, I added food colouring to the water to make easier to differentiate between the gas and water. I originally decided to try this so I would have a supply of pure gas for my weedeater's 2-stroke engine. Afterward I drained the little monster's gas tank, removed the ethanol and filled it back up. I've been using ethanol free gas for a coupla months in the bike and the engine is running better. Throttle response has improved and I'm getting slightly better fuel economy, though this is offset by the add cost. My top end speed is down from 65mph to 58mph, but this is because I've gained 20lbs.
