X-pro hawk DLX vs RPS Hawk-X

I was wondering the differences between these two bikes, the hawk DLX and Hawk-X. I know the DLX is EFI and the Hawk-X is carb but didn't know if there was a reason to buy the Hawk-X over the DLX or if the DLX is just overall better.

I thought I saw inverted forks on the X as well, not just EFI. You need to look at specifications carefully on the websites. There may be other differences.

This is Ricky Power Sports' direct website to their 'motorcycles' which means street legal. Both bikes are featured (as well as a cool looking cruiser which uses the DLX's EFI engine, but I digress) but information is not extensive. Maybe reach out to them directly. I know a few dealers sell Hawks as their own 'brand' (e.g. X-Pro) but they are all imported by Hensim's US subsidiary, Ricky Power Sports aka RPS.

The title of this thread is misleading because OP mentions two vendors, X-Pro and RPS. The difference there, at least when I bought my Hawk, was RPS gave you a choice between a cover for your bike or a cell phone mount as a "complimentary" gift. X-Pro advertised that they were going to give you both, but I only got the cover. That's fine, I made my own cell phone mount.

I did not know RPS is an acronym! My mistake. Gee, I feel dumb

PSM lists both bikes WITH specifications... DLX EFI clearly has USD forks as well as EFI. It is just under $2k. The carbed Hawk is also well documented at about $1600, with standard forks.

There are other differences, and these are listed pretty clearly. Maybe different vendors do not provide all the info. This Chinese dirt bike market is deceptive. I have seen Zongshen allow vendors to badge their engines, but mixing up the models is another level!
