TT250 totally dead
I haven't rode my TT in a while because I've been looking for someone willing to tune my carburetor. The bike sadly never moved at all last season. Took it to a mechanic and they said its completely dead and can't get it to do anything. They also said my lithium battery was shorted, yet it was lighting up the dash fine for me last week when I installed a fused SAE connector directly to the battery. I have my doubts there's anything wrong with the lithium battery. They put a brand new battery in the bike and tried to start it and again the bike is completely dead. Obviously it can't be tuned if the bike won't start/run. I'm at a loss as to what could have happened to the electrical. I had to wait a month to get this appointment. I did just install an SAE connector but even if it was dead shorted to the frame it would pop the fuse then everything would work fine again after. Anyone have any ideas as to what might be causing this issue?

Make sure you are getting spark and fuel. My guess is that the carb is plugged from sitting up. I would also check to make sure some critter didn't chew through a wire somewhere.
