HAWK 250 carb - What is this called?

I was finishing up replacing my stator. Got a little tired/lazy and used an impact driver to put the cover back on. Big mistake! The round cover over the starter gears wasn’t seated correctly and the driver cracked the cover. What is the proper name and does anyone know where I could get a replacement? I searched the tx powersport site and it wasn’t listed. TIA

CG engine 'starter gear cover' might be able to find cheaper. Check hole spacing and dimensions prior to ordering.
