TBR7/Hawk starter cluch issue

2019 TBR7 (same parts as 250 Hawk) starter clutch problem with the sprag bearing. The bearing looks fine but once assembled on the bike, only works once or twice before it just spins and won't lockup the flywheel. Kick starter not worth much in cold weather or first startup so need the electric start. Can't find parts. Even the whole flywheel assy. which includes the sprag bearing, can't find. Any thoughts, suggestions, technical advise on the issue??
