???? how do i find out what name brand my atv is ??????
hey guys, glad their are people out here like you. i just brought a 250 atv off of craiglist and i don't know what brand it is. the owner says it was a BMC but i can't find anything about it. so figured it was a BMX or BMS. it has a title and a vin can i figure it from that. just want to know so i can get some after market stuff for it. thanks

Get us some pics and that may have. Also the engine number or find the epa sticker if it has one.

I found a close cousin of it, Can't seem to locate that exact one though

thanks for all the help, i search for the engine manuf. sticker and found it. i guess it's a SMC 250 trailblazer, like a Kymco. the motor is simiular to a honda 250 rebel motor, i guess a clone. can you guys direct me to a website that might be able to get some aftermarket stuff like a plastic and a performance muffler.

I have an atv that I purchased that is made by the Buyang Motor Company, china, in fact when I told a friend of mine about it he sent me a couple of left over BMW medalians. It really razed the neighbors as they had never heard that bmw put out a atv. I finally fessed up an we all had a big laugh. The engine looks like a honda clone, there is a name plate right under the front baggage rack. One of the cool things is that the carb is a keihan. Weird Huh!! You can check it out at rightwayatv.com they call it a woodsman, both 4wheel or 2 wheel models.
