Wisconsin Lifan X-Pect 200 Success

I was able to get a WI title and plate for my new Lifan X-Pect 200. I filled out an MV-1 form and took it along with the bill of sale and certificate of origin to the DMV (I could have mailed it but wanted faster service). It took the counter agent a bit to find the manufacturer in their system, but she did find it. After paying taxes and fees, I walked out with both a title and plates. Super easy.
