?? about a stator upgrade ???
:?: Does anyone know of an upgrade or a direct drop in for a higher power stator for the HI-BIRDS ? :?:

NO, but you could always pull it out and have it rewound by an alternator shop. How much more wattage are you looking for?

was actually looking to be able to achieve around 100 watts but would settle with a compfortable 60-70 watts.....just wishful thinking. :( P rolly wont happen. The closest place i have that could possibly rewind my stator is 160 miles away and i use the bike daily for my commute to work since someone decided they needed my truck more than i did

I saw something about a stator from a honda ATC or possibly one for an XR.

The honda atc and xr came in many varieties. There are 250cc variants.
HO stators are available for them so it may be a bolt on for a china bike. Allen
