Taotao 110 won't crank

Good morning everybody, I am currently working on a Taotao 110. Does not crank over. Brake light is on on rear. Where's a good starting point to begin on these? Thanks in advance

Not sure what "does not crank over" means. Some people say that when it turns over but won't fire up. Others say this when the starter doesn't turn the engine at all!

Either way...all of this applies to your ATV as well. Go through this troubleshooting and you can isolate the problem.
