Bored? Cure your (aftermarket exhaust) blues!

Puttering around in the garage the other day and decided to smear a little metal polish in a little spot on the aftermarket exhaust just to see what happened.
It had gotten kind of ugly and brown over last season of riding, with a couple worrisome spots near the rear area with surface corrosion.
Ended up polishing the whole thing and it looks like brand new, took almost all of the blueing and tannish areas away!
Took about an hour to do the whole thing, and I'd say it was worth it. Of course, it will come back, but maybe something to add to the twice a year checklist.
I used 3M Marine Aluminum Restorer and Polish.
