Illinois title/registration for CSC TT250

I'm hoping someone who falls into this category might see this and offer some insight. So I found an online form for registration and title at ilsos.gov, and it's asking for the title number. I have the certificate of origin and the final receipt from CSC, but no title number anywhere. Seeing as thought I've never bought a vehicle from out of state, I've never really had to look as it's always just been completed at the point of sale. Am I skipping a step? It has a link with "you may use this inquiry to find your title", and when I put in the VIN, nothing comes up.

Contact CSC directly. Their bike is 50 state legal (they jumped through California's CARB certification) so the process should be straightforward for you with their help as I am sure there are several CSC branded bikes in Illinois by now.

Alrighty, finally got this taken care of, so this is just for future reference if it'd help anyone. Obviously I only know how it worked here in Illinois. As of this moment, no appt was needed for title/registration services. The DMV needed the Certificate of Origin that was sent with the bike from CSC, a final bill of sale from CSC, and info about whomever the lender is that the bike was financed through. They use the Certificate of Origin to create the title, as it does not exist up until that point, that title goes to the lienholder, you pay the calculated sales tax based off your bill of sale, then pay the reg/title fees, and walk away with a plate and a sticker.

Tomorrow will be in the 50's. But then it's 10" of snow and will be 4 degrees by Friday. Dangit.
