Gears and Grub
I ran out for lunch on the bike and tried a new to me food truck, Mercado. What a gem of a find. The food was elevated food truck fair. In fact I'm going to go out on a limb and claim it to be my favorite food truck, ever. It's that good.
Here were my choices: I picked the pork belly slider and the duck fat potatoes. They were ridiculously awesome. If you see this truck, you must stop. If you live within an airplanes ticket of this food truck you must make the journey. Our hawks get about 80 mpg so If you live 3000 miles away in California that is about 46 gallons of fuel to get here. Worth every drop. |
