Las Vegas area stolen or abandoned?

This video popped up and the guy found an abandoned or stolen Chinese dual sport in the desert outside of Las Vegas. Anyone lost, abandoned, or had a bike stolen in Las Vegas? By the looks of it, it has been out there for at least 3 days...

If the video doesn't start at the time stamp I put in, forward to 6:53

Not I! That must've been abandoned or neglected for a long time to get all that rust.
