50cc icebear looses power

I have had good luck with my ice spare 50 with 680 km. Recently when I run two or 3 miles at 30 mph when I stop it's still idles but loses all power. If I wait 20 minutes or so it starts right up and has plenty of power for another good run on the road until I stop and I get the same thing. Any ideas on what I might do to fix this?

The next time it happens, lean down and put your ear to the gas cap, and if you hear a "pressure release", your gas cap isn't venting properly. It is pressurizing the tank and creating a vapor lock, of sorts, shutting off the fuel. The pressure subsides during that 20 minute wait.

Also it could be a fuel filter or valves that need adjusted that could cause this problem…

Very full gas tank

I just took my ice bear rocket out for a troubleshooting ride and the thing ran so nice. I did fill the gas tank up to the very top right before I had the trouble with loss of power after a few miles down the road. I'm thinking too full of a gas tank caused it. Another thing I noticed is when I topped off the gas tank I did not completely turn the gas cap lock all the way tight, it's one of the weirdest gas tank caps I've seen, it sure does fit tight. thanks for the advice to all!
