I have an old TMEC outside, but my son took a knife to the seat and the bike has no usable parts. Have you tried http://www.sunright.net/sunright They were the distributor for TMEC, but I have noticed their site now only shows 3 scooters they distribute alongside some UTVs, ATVs, and some golf carts. Maybe they can point you in the right direction.
