Welcome aboard! You will have to purchase the Brozz through Jeff with Peace Sports of Atlanata. Jeff is a member and great guy to deal with. https://brozz250.com/Showroom/All-Inventory

You probably couldn't go wrong with a Brozz considering what you plan on doing with the bike. I am not sure how picky NJ is nowadays with bikes, so if they do not register bikes that are technically 'off-road dirt bikes' by the EPA, you will want something that is EPA/DOT legal for 49 states (Californians need not apply). The Brozz is a Bashan manufactured bike, and is distributed by Peace Sports out of Atlanta, but there are a few other Bashan bikes that are literally on the same EPA/DOT certificate but are distributed by others. There is the Storm 250, the so-called 'Enforcer' (more aggressive bike, very close to the Hawk 250), a more street oriented bike called the CR250, and BMS has one called the CRP 250 sold under their own brand name. Actually, the CRP 250 is very similar to the Brozz, but it uses 21/18 wheels whereas the Brozz uses 19/17 wheels (I believe).

If you wanted to see what other brands are out there, there is CSC with their TT 250, and American Lifan has their X-Pect 200. The Lifan has standard forks and a rear drum brake which is a definite deal killer for many Chinarider members, but it uses a fuel-injected engine, like the Hawk 250 DLX. Yes, the Hawk DLX IS 49 state EPA/DOT certified as an 'on-highway' motorcycle versus their standard Hawk 250 which is technically certified as an 'Off-highway motorcycle' by the EPA and while once plated in NJ may or may not be nowadays (again, the Hawk DLX is a slightly different bike and is 49 state street legal). Apollo has a dual-sport which if I recall is also on the EPA/DOT certification list as an 'on-highway motorcycle' for 49 states. I actually like that one, even if it is not as off-road worthy as its dirt-only brother.

To be honest, however, for price and peace of mind, the Brozz is probably the one you should go with.

Thanks guys Yes I have doing my homework on dmv issues here in jersey and the brozz is on there list of bikes that they will allow on the road. Like I said they will be used for cow trailing with my grandson and playing local with the wife. Not worried about highway I have a harley bagger for that.
