Hello and thanks for the admission to the forum. I have a tao tao 250 and looking for some technical help. My starter is working but seems to be not turning the motor over. Where do I ask for help on the forum?

Welcome aboard! Is this the TBR7 Dual Sport or rhino 250? Just post in the technical section. If the starter is spinning and not turning the engine over then that would be a bad starter clutch.
