pocket bike pipe mod
Last night we modified my sons pocket bike pipe - had to reshape radius around the head - split the expansion chamber and moved the front cone foward. Added 2 1/2 inches to the center. This goes along with a bunch of other engine mods he did. Hope it works OK - the engine that is.

Keep in mind you will need to re-jet it for the pipe change

rejetting
Yea he's planned this pretty well as far as what he needs - he bought a few different ones (jets) just in case. Try to fire it up this afternoon.

What was his goal /reason for doing this pipe mod?
My understanding of the exspansion chamber function is a larger chamber provides more low-mid range power and less top end. Will this work with or against his porting becase most of these engines are ported for top end only?
