I’m helping a friend rebuild fix the top end of his engine. His chain busted cracked the case. He ran out low on oil overheated it a little and burnt the valve seals. It’s been smoking a little afterwards and we are breaking it dow right now.
Once I get all the parts in hopefully before this weekend I’ll get them installed. My main problem is I can not find the torque for the head nuts. The motor is a 166fmm (RE250) Loncin LX250GY-3 SX2. I normally work on aircraft engines, air cooled or turbine. I normally have some sort of manual for finding torques. Maybe there are some standard torques for these head nuts. Any help would be appreciated |

Torque specs from the Honda CRF230F should be close. Engines are very similar. https://www.google.com/url?q=https:/...MJxttHIYSQvu6B
