Engine xchange help!

Stator xmoto is 8 pole different size. other 18 I believe..engine from street/dirt, so cant change that either.

sounds like you need the diagram for the 166fmm viva :-) then u can compare and hook up.

Can you post pics of both motors? I'm failing to understand why you can swap all of the electrical system from the Xmoto to the Viva.

I just have the engine for the viva! No harness.

Why can't you transplant the stator and flywheel from the Gio to the Viva?

Stators bolt holes different! I did solve the problem though, I had to replace not only the valve head, but the cylinder head, new rings and valves, connected to old engine no problem, now have a smoker! Working on that now.
