Bought a new Apollo RFZ 125 Z20 Max for my daughter

Things I'm glad they did to these bikes: the airbox instead of an exposed airfilter, spash guard over the rear shock, heavier duty handlebars, grip seat, key ignition.

I am not sold on the steel gas tank, not sure how much weight that adds. The bike needs a better carb as well, like most china bikes.

Looks like the forks are Volt like other Apollos, this bike was rebranded as Gio, despite it saying Apollo on the cert of origin, and S/N plate etc. My daughter removed all thr decals, they looked kind of lame. It looks much better without.

We had a little 90cc Gio X21 that I had bought for 380 bucks last spring, cleaned it up, got pink plastics, new carb, and retapped some threads or added helicoils. Sold it for 800 cad. The new Apollo was 1845 cad.

All in all, this bike seems to be higher quality than say the Gio GX125's we have seen. And much more appealing to look at, the finish quality is better too.
