HELP with a Boomcat/Xpro 125cc part

I need replacement for this chain tensioner. This is a Xpro 125cc, or Boomcat 125 and the factory tensioner is very weak.

Which tensioner would you recommend? Any links to buy them?

1 more thing: Which handlebar brackets could I use to replace factory ones?
