200cc engine identification and info
Hi all
I have just recently bought a second hand 200cc Yamoto, shaft drive atv and I cannot find any info on it. From what I can gather it seems to be a 200cc loncin (or copy of) OHC??...see attached pic....what do you think? I want to ensure everything is ok and up to spec, for example valve clearance? I have come across what seem to be conflicting specs (or me with wrong engine identifcation), .002" for both or .003" inlet and .004" exhaust. Does anyone know where I can get service manual or similar?? Your help is much appreciated!!! |

What's stamped ( ??1??FM? /http://www.motorfans.com.cn/bbs/t_17705986.htm) on the engine?
Commonest "CB" (OHC) 200 had a 63.5 bore. Manual : http://chinariders.net/showthread.php?t=13912 | Honda spec about these 63.5 x 62.2 = IN/EX 0.1mm

Hi, Are you still looking for the manual? I've just rebuild an old 200cc ATV same as your stamp, I think it might refer to Fuxin Manufacturing Limited, they make engines. The Clymer manual for 1980 Honda's 125-200 is the engine you want to take your spec from. I did and my engine is humming. I'm only passing on what I found to be good advice. There's going to be some differences but if you're any way handy you'll figure that out. Valve clearances etc are all there. I have a copy and can email you it if you want.
