New owner tbr7!! Sprocket and chain help!!

Hey all,
Glad I found this site a lot of great info here. So I still haven't recieved my bike yet but it's on the way and I'm getting stuff together to make my first round of mods. Based off of what I have read here I already have vm26 carb two jet sets extra one to rejet factory carb to have as a spare. 17th sprocket e3 plug and valvoline motorcycle oil.
My one thing I can't put my finger on is if I go with a 42 tooth rear sprocket what link chain would I need. If I can order one already the right size I would prefer that.

If anyone thinks that 17 42 isn't a good idea please let me know. I do plan on being on road mostly. And maybe a link for a 42 tooth (or other recommendations) and chain.

First thing is to make sure your TBR7 has the rear brake clevis. Mine, as well as many others, had that part missing and it is not available. Tao motor customer service never answers the phone.
I ended up having to make one from the crate metal.

Also, wait to see what chain it comes with. My bike has a 530 chain. I haven’t had a chance to pull the front cover to see what tooth count it there but it does ok as it. I won’t be doing any highway riding.

I will definitely keep an eye out for that. Kudos on the improve of making one from the crate.
