I Need a helmet cam also a xxxl helmet for my pumpkin head

Anyone have an opinion or actual experience on who makes the best bang for the buck helmet cam?

I need one bad. One of my friends has one I think is call go pro or something like that. He likes it, but says there is now real way to tell if it is actually recording or not until you pull the sd card out and put it in the laptop. I guess like no flashing light or visual sign.

Also any ideas where I can find an affordable ATV helmet at least dot rating. Snell would be great too.

"ChinaBiker" Andy, over at Carl's site has a pretty good setup for bike recording, but it wasn't cheap...

As far as helmets go, I usually like to search ebay, but it is probably better to look in a local shop so you can be sure the size fits?

I'm seriously looking at one of these. Price is ~$200 USD.

They have cheaper models without the LCD display. They are helmet mountable too (rubber strap).

Not trying to lure you away or anything, it was just good info on a video setup... I would like to have something like that, and wouldn't mind the effort of setting it up, but I don't want to spend that much...

AZ200cc I think that is what I am gonna feel like.

I ordered the Gopro Moto wide on Ebay from a bike shop in Texas. 144 to the door.
Was an authorized dealer and it will come with a warranty. I will do a review if anyone is interested when it gets here. I actually saw some of my friends moto vids, and was convinced. He paid 200 for the same thing so that was a little payback for all the china comments I have gotten from him lately.

Hell I go cheaper, I wrap electrical tape around my $78.00 digi cam and stick it on the flat spot on the master cyl...Works good enough....And it only costs me pennies. I refuse to pay for much

Definitely... I'm interested in either a bike or helmet mount camera, at some point, so I like to hear about how they work for everyone
