South Carolina reg/title ?
Bought a 2020 Bashan motomax 250 2nd hand. I have the original blank mco filled out by Peace motorsports and never signed by the original purchaser. What all is going to be required at the dmv? I know the dmv started requiring a bill of sale. Wondering if a bill of sale would work from the original owner or if I'd somehow need one from peace.

No Bashan, but a Dongfeng 250 RTG -- I showed up with the MCO, bill of sale, Proof of Insurance, and completed app form (plus required fee, natch). There was 2 minutes of head-scratching between the lady serving me and her supervisor, then the, "Oh, we've seen this before" moment, and zippedy-doo-dah -- paperwork all done, license plate in hand.

Did you need the "notary service"? Powersports Maxx offers it for a $30 fee if required, but I don't know if it is.

No idea why a notary would be needed in SC -- and being a Notary myself, I'd say a $30 fee for whatever they're doing is outrageous. The process was very straitforward.

At least the Lady Gamecocks won a national title for you. Gets boring seeing UCONN win it year after year.
