csc tt250 replacement wheels, aluminum? save some weight?
hey all,
I searched around all over and can't find details on whether or not there are current stock wheels and hubs that can be swapped onto the tt250. warp 9 sells some sweet setups but not sure if any of it is compatible. I'm looking to drop weight because the steel wheels are so stinking heavy. If there are no compatible hubs are there at least rims I can re-thread to my stock hubs to cut some unsprung rotating mass. Thanks all! |

This is a tough question because no manufacturer posts dimensions of their wheels and if there's a database somewhere, it's not immediately obvious.
Your best bet would be to use your current hub and lace up a new rim. Maybe call Warp 9 and give them measurements? Off the top of my head you are going to want distance from the rear sprocket to the disc brake, distance from outer of one side bearing to the other, bearing race inner diameter, distance from disc brake side inner race face to face of disc brake. I'm sure there are more... |

Use chrome and let it translate the page for you. I have mine set to auto translate. There is a "how to" use Taobao on this site just search for it.
