Gio Beast - Electrical connectors dont have matching wires

Hi there. I was looking through the electrical harness of my Gio Beast. I undid some connectors and was surprised to see that the number of wires in one side of the connector does not always match the other side it connects to. For example, on the whole harness, the connectors are all white, except one is orange. The orange one has 6 wires in it, but the connector it joins to only has 2. Is that normal? Is it dangerous to have wires with an open end?

It's totally normal for Beasts to have dissimilar colours at connections. I can't remember if there are any wires that don't match anything, but don't worry about it yet. I replied to your other post about the starting procedure.

Cool, ty. I was not so concerned about the different colors, more that there were different amount of wires. Like when I separate a connector, one side has 6 wires going into it (female side) and the male side only has 2. I was expecting both sides to have the same number.

And if it won't start, we can decide if maybe the connectors have been messed with. Has it ever run for you?

Yeah it worked pretty good right out of the box, but the battery got destroyed, then no longer could hold a charge. Also, things just starting rattling loose. Now have new battery, just got to find this loose connection and I should be good to go. Thanks for all the help!
