My next chinese repower project

1977 Honda Z50. Mounted the motor up today, of course next is the dreaded wiring deciphering, and dealing with carb mounting issues.

I used to love those bikes.
My mom had the big one for a while Trail 90. My friends would come over and we had 3 bike and a mini-bike to ride.
2.5 hp minibike
Honda Trail 90
Yamaha 125 enduro
Kawasaki 250 enduro

Plus they would bring their own bikes too.
And you know which one everybody wanted to ride on?
The Trail 90. It was just fun!
My son's 100cc MX has a similar horizontal engine and clutchless tranny. It is a blast.

I can't wait to hear how your project turns out.
